| If the advertised details of the course or the quality of
the course is not up to reasonable expected standards, an application
seeking a transfer to another course or full refund of fees
will be considered. |
| Should the College be required to cancel a course or vary
the time of the course a full refund or transfer to another
course will be granted upon request. |

Course fees cannot be refunded to students who are unable
to attend classes due to changes in personal circumstances,
work commitments or other reasons beyond our control.
