Service Delivery Policy Conduct  
The Colleges committment to Professionalism and Integrity will be met by:
Conducting educational and commercial activity with all clients and community members irrespective of race, colour, national origin, gender, marital status, disability, age, pregnancy, sexual preference, religion or political conviction;
Providing ongoing training to ensure administration and training personnel understand Community College policies and procedures, possess adequate and current knowledge of training provisions, and have a high level of interpersonal and negotiating skill;
The provision of a safe and productive working environment;
Premises complying with appropriate legislation and regulations relating to standards of premises and facilities, including occupational health, safety, fire prevention and disability access;
Demonstrating a commitment to the principles of EEO within the workplace and towards students;
Ensuring that staff are appropriately skilled and qualified to provide students with the best possible service; and
By accepting responsibility to implement this code of conduct and ensuring staff are aware of it.

Providing services to all students fairly and enthusiastically, without favour or prejudice, regardless of their needs;
Providing students with ongoing assistance for the duration of their relationship with the College;
Striving to achieve the best possible outcome for each student;
Ensuring that fair assessment occurs; and
Ensuring students are informed of their rights and responsibilities.
